Children’s Series Wild Zoofari to be distributed by American Public Television

March 14, 07

Wild Zoofari, America's pioneering children's wildlife series will be
distributed by American Public Television in Boston to PBS affiliates nationwide
beginning September 2007.

For more than forty years, American Public Television (APT) has proudly served
as the nation's longest running program distributor to public television
stations.  APT has successfully collaborated with PBS to launch other
long-standing, award-winning series including The French Chef with Julia Child and
Mister Roger's Neighborhood.

“We’re very excited about the roll out to public television. Wild Zoofari is one
of the few children’s programs that is produced in HDTV (High Definition) and as
such fills a vital niche in the program schedule of PBS stations across the
country.  PBS stations lead the nation in the roll-out of high definition
programming and we will be right at the forefront”. Commented producer, Robert
Child.
